Refunds
Upon successful payment for one of our programs, you will receive an email containing login credentials to access your trading account. Once this information has been dispatched, refunds will not be provided, except in certain exceptional circumstances where no trades have been executed on the account.

Dispute Policy
Clients who initiate improper charge disputes or chargebacks with their financial institution without contacting us first may face permanent suspension from T3. We encourage you to reach out to our support team if you have any concerns or issues regarding your purchase.
